Terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Clarity Locums, with its registered or business address at 10 Merrion Square, Dublin, D02 DW94.

2. Eligibility

This prize draw is open to customers of Clarity Locums who are aged 18 years or over and are resident in [Ireland / Republic of Ireland / Ireland and Northern Ireland].

3. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, eligible participants must complete and submit the customer survey by closing date and time.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, incomplete entries, automated entries, or entries submitted by third parties may be disqualified.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

4. Prize

The prize is one 128GB Apple iPad 11-inch.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Clarity Locums reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control.

5. Closing Date

The prize draw will close at Midnight on the 11th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place on Friday 12 June 2026.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in the survey within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being contacted, Clarity Locums reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

8. Delivery of Prize

The prize will be delivered or made available for collection within a reasonable period after the winner has confirmed acceptance of the prize.

Clarity Locums is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect contact details or delivery information provided by the entrant.

9. Use of Survey Responses

Survey responses will be used by Clarity Locums to understand customer feedback, improve services, and support business planning.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, individual survey responses will not be published in a way that identifies the participant.

10. Personal Data

By entering the prize draw, participants acknowledge that Clarity Locums will process their personal data for the purpose of administering the survey and prize draw, including contacting the winner.

Personal data collected may include name, email address, phone number, survey responses, and any other information submitted through the survey.

Prize draw contact details will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the prize draw, unless a longer retention period is required by law or the participant has separately agreed to receive further communications.

11. Marketing Consent

Completing the survey or entering the prize draw does not automatically sign participants up to marketing communications.

Participants will only receive marketing communications where they have separately opted in or where Clarity Locums has another lawful basis to contact them.

12. Disqualification

Clarity Locums reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these terms, submitted false information, tampered with the entry process, or acted unfairly.

13. Changes or Cancellation

Clarity Locums reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Locums will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the survey and entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
